Eight years after the boxlet CD "There is no reason to believe that music exists!" Tempsion is back with a new album with a significant title: The Golden Program-mm
Once more, together with Tempsion on this third album are some of the French jewels of electronic experiments and avant-jazz: Black Sifichi (Superstoned, Ezkiel, Rodolphe Burger), Sayoko Papillon ( Dosage, Winter Mass, Jac Berrocal), or the amazing cellist Erwan Le Guen.
Here Tempsion plunges the listener into a maelstrom of sounds, a forty minutes trip inside mutant electroacoustic dimensions.
In this sonic Tower of Babel, in this mix of instruments and influences, this blend of disonnances and scraps, The Golden Program-mm breaks into an uninterupted rhythmic wave which ambient sequences have no soothing effect either on your ears or on your soul...
A tribute to Delia Derbyshire (founding mother of English Electronic Music) coexists with a number of sound hacks, ruptures, syncopated extracts, a mega-space time fold filled with a multitude of frequencies and melodies.
Mixed at Denis Lefdup’s Snark Studio and mastered by Norscq (The Grief, Superstoned), The Golden Program-mm is the sixth release from the label L’Étrange Sonothèque.
